Montreal, Canada | January 8^th, 2024 -Neptronic has officially commenced the production of its latest high-pressure humidifier – the SKH4, engineered to sustain optimal humidity levels with minimal energy consumption.

This advanced humidification solution boasts low maintenance requirements which outperform conventional humidifiers in terms of efficiency and cost.

The new-generation humidifier is equipped with a powerful pump unit which pumps water at high pressure to convert it into mist. There is a network of nozzles strategically positioned in space or within a duct to disperse this mist into a designated area.

During operations, the SKH4 utilizes energy from the surrounding air to transform mist into vapours. In some instances, fans are installed along with the nozzles to ensure uniform distribution of cool, clean humid air.

The company offers a choice of pumps for the SKH4 depending on the application: a durable stainless-steel water-lubricated pump and an oil-lubricated brass pump.

The pump demonstrates an impressive water processing capacity, ranging from 210-2,800 lb/h.

Undoubtedly, the SKH4 surpasses the performance of its counterparts, setting a new standard in high-pressure humidification technology.

The SKH4 development team emphasizes ongoing efforts to enhance simplicity and reliability, including the detection of faults to prevent damage to the unit.

The distributor lineup has also been improved to provide greater installation flexibility.

The SKH4 includes an application-specific controller with two profiles, allowing configuration for either temperature or humidity control. This feature enables the establishment of set points for each control loop. The controller facilitates the regulation of indoor areas in industrial and commercial settings, particularly where heat accumulation could be unfavourable to occupants, production processes, or material goods.
