The TUCB is a universal wall-mounted controller that can be configured for application specific control of heat pumps, fan coils, packaged AC rooftop units,
or other heating/cooling equipment. Designed for new construction or retrofit projects, the TUCB provides DDC/BMS performance in a traditional thermostat
