Job opportunities in our Production department

You will become an integral part of our business, where you will increase your competencies throughout the different stages of assembly, testing and packing of our five product lines. The position offers a great place to start a career within a dynamic and innovative team who bring to life our product designs to solve the ever-evolving technical challenges of our industry.

On a typical day you will…

  • Learn to identify the different electrical and mechanical components in each of our products
  • Learn to execute their manual assembly according to their technical drawings and part list
  • Follow the production schedule, enter the data of the models and quantities produced, and help prevent stockouts
  • Maintain your workstation and environment clean and safe
  • Other tasks related to Neptronic's production needs, like testing, packing and more

What we look for…

Your qualifications

  • Good manual dexterity (handy) and excellent teamwork skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent knowledge
  • NOTE: The work of production employees may sometimes require some physical effort

Your assets

  • At least 6 months of production experience (assembly, packaging, etc.)
  • Ability to read electrical plans or diagrams
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and applications
  • Bilingualism
